MicroRose Limited was founded in 1995 by the late Craig Bradley who started working in the market data industry in 1990 and began auditing in 1992. Prior to founding MicroRose Limited Craig worked as an executive for the London Vendor, CMS, and the London Commodity Exchange. Craig established MicroRose as a fully working member of FISD and was himself published by FISD. He successfully led MicroRose into the respected position it enjoys within the market data industry today.

Since 1995, MicroRose Limited has completed around 1,200 Exchange Audits, worldwide. We have performed both Vendor and End-User audits for 50 different Exchanges in 30 countries, and have successfully uncovered in excess of US$500m in underpaid market data fees to date.

Our audit team is currently the most accomplished group of market data auditors in the business, most having brought several years’ audit experience with them to MicroRose, from around the world.

In addition to our highly successful Exchange Audit service, we undertake Compliance Reviews for End-Users (such as Quote Meter Audits required by NYSE and HKEx, for example) and offer industry-related Consultancy to Data Providers.
